I had a great experience at this shop. The saleswoman was very patient and professional while helping me find what I searched for. I’ve shopped already a few times there. Their products are great! All the bags that I purchased from this shop are very resistant and from good materials.

If you want good service and good quality products, that’s the place!

I think people are misunderstanding their receipts. My wife bought a beautiful Italian flag purse here and when we got home I came across the receipt. I didn't know what it was for so I looked up the store name on Google maps. I immediately saw the reviews mentioning they were overcharged and I automatically thought we'd been scammed. We weren't but here's why I thought we were: The price of the purse was 65 Euros. That was indicated on the receipt and below that was an additional 11.60. I knew that the charge on the card would be in the converted dollar amount, not Euros, so I plugged 65 Euros into a currency converter and the receipt matched my card statement. This is standard when you are using your American card in another country. For some reason they tell you the difference you'll be charged because of the Dollar/Euro conversion on the receipt and it looks like you're being charged an additional amount. My wife got a great purse at a fair price and there was no overcharge

The employees here will intentionally mislead you about prices. DO NOT GO HERE. They are extremely dishonest. It is well known in Italy that the tax is included in the price but the worker told me that "this is not how this shop works" and added 22% extra. I tried to cancel the transaction but the employee pushed it through after I told him not to. Then he told me there was nothing he could do about it. No integrity- pure scam!

DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!!!! They aim to scam people and are very intentional about that. They told me they would place my initials on the wallet I wanted, as an inclusion in the price (like many places do), and he ended up charging me 10 euros extra for the initials without informing me of this extra price. The man purposefully covered the screen of the card-reader while I tapped so I could only see the price after. WHICH WAS DOUBLE the 25 euro price which was marked. I was also charged 52 USD instead of euros because the previous scamming clearly wasn’t enough for this man, and they wanted to make money off of the conversion. Then when I repeatedly told him I did not want the product and told him to cancel the purchase (it had not gone all the way through yet) he finished the transaction and told he could not do anything. These shop owners are people who wish to take advantage of excited shoppers wanting to take something home from Venice.

Bait and switch. Tells you engraving is included and what they mean is they will include and charge you. Then specifically charges in foreign currency to get higher conversion rate when he was asked to charge in Euros. Shameful behavior to tourists who just want honest souvenirs.

You will get charged more than necessary and more than told!! Salesman went through with the 50€ transaction after verbally told not to. Will tell you that add-ons are included in the price and will charge an extra 10€ in the final price. Do not go here!

A poucas horas acabei de comprar um cinto nesta loja e paguei com cartão WISE, por aproximação. O valor era de 20 euro, mas me foi cobrado 24,40. O atendente cobriu o visor da maquineta enquanto conversava comigo e eu fui muito ingênua em não checar antes de aprovar a transação. Somente agora vi que outras pessoas também já foram vítimas deste estabelecimento. Por isso recomendo evitarem este lugar!
