I really had high expectations for the service department because of course it’s a luxury brand and you expect high end service. Not so much here.. service here was on par or lower than dealership service I’ve received in the past from regular brands. On top of the not great service the cost is excessive - what costs the most here? Labor. Personally won’t be coming back here for service based on this first time. First impressions are huge and this service department did not deliver. Some things that can be improved - time, respect people’s time and don’t waste it. If you call to tell someone it’s ready - it should be ready to go when I pay. In addition, if I’m waiting and I see your employees walking about or sitting on their phones, my time is not being respected. Please do better in the future.

After a subpar experience with trying to schedule and appointment with Mercedes of Arlington, I scheduled with Alexandria. I'm glad I did. Unlike Arlington, the scheduler was able to provide basic details about the service I was getting. When I arrived, I worked with Dominique. He was incredibly friendly, personable, answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He gave me an estimate of the time required for the service and it was accurate. I would definitely return to this dealership for my next service. The waiting room had coffee and water available but overall was more basic than what I would expect for a luxury brand.

I was so surprised when I walked in today at 3pm. Not a single person willing to help. We were looking around trying to ask questions as we came in to purchase a X5 for my mother and her business. They acted like we did not exist in the dealership at all as customers. One of the sales reps came out and personally apologized and even said herself it was not proper or right. Who ever is managing this place needs to have a serious talk with their workers. I literally felt like I was invisible or non existent. Completely ruined a buying experience. Crazy to think you walk into a Mercedes and this is how you are treated

I bought my CLA 35 from this dealership, I took it once for service there since the car was shacking and they fixed it. Now the rear cameras has a black spot on a corner, when I called to speak with service, the receptionist told me that she will not give me a loaner car because they were only for "customer" as if I wasn't one. I asked to speak with manager and she said there wasn't any available. I called back again 2 or 3 times and there was never a manager to help me with the issue and never called back after leaving messages. I also had a problem with the tires which wore out with not even 20k miles on them. They only wore out from the inside of the vehicle meaning the alignment was wrong on the car. They did not wanted to help me with the issue. I called the person who sold me the car to know if he could help, he said yes then never picked up my calls anymore. The kind of service when something goes bad is just terrible for the brand and price tag on the vehicles. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership and will not buy another Mercedes in the future.

Had a great experience with Javier, he went above and beyond. I have always had a great experiences with Mercedes but my battery had died in the middle of a parking garage. The complimentary tow was not able to get into my parking garage due to the clearance. The tow company helped me to push my car into a spot. Javier, Mercedes-Benz Roadside Specialist, came to the garage to assist me with switching out my battery since it was under warranty. I had to work that day and while I was working I was able to get my car repaired. I sincerely appreciate that the extra effort that Javier took to make sure my car was working. I have been with Mercedes since 2018 and I have always been a satisfied customer.

Mercdez-Benz of Alexandria provided both good service and customer service. I was nervous about going here when I had car trouble because MB Arlington (same owner I'm told) provided such poor customer service that I took my car back to my home state when I had service needs. I'm glad circumstances forced me to use MB Alexandria. I will return here for my car service needs in the future. Thanks MB Alexandria!!!
